Overview

Step 1:

Advisor and head delegates should fill out the School Registration Form below. Our Delegate Affairs team will reach out to you within 72 hours.

Step 2:

After your school registration is processed, delegates should INDIVIDUALLY fill out the Delegate Registration Form below. They can rank their committee preferences on this form. Additionally, if delegates wish to apply for financial aid, they should complete the Financial Aid Request Form below. Once delegates fill out this form, their advisor should use the same form to submit a certification of their financial status.

Step 3:

As delegates submit the form, the Delegate Affairs team will begin to assign each delegate to a position and a committee. Advisors should inform us when all their delegates have registered. Then, a spreadsheet with assignments will be sent out, along with an initial invoice.

Step 4:

Once advisors receive their final assignments, advisors can confirm the assignments, request reassignments, or add/drop delegates. The Delegate Affairs team will make the requested changes and send an updated invoice.

Step 5:

Schools should pay within 2 weeks of receiving assignments.
