Overview

Step 1:

Advisor and head delegates should fill out the Registration Form below. Our Delegate Affairs team will reach out to you within 72 hours.

Step 2:

After your school registration is processed, the advisor/head delegate will receive an email confirming their registration, and asking for delegate names and committee preferences. The advisor/head delegate should respond to the Delegate Affairs team as soon as possible to process assignments. Additionally, if delegates wish to apply for financial aid, they should complete the Financial Aid Request Form below. Once delegates fill out this form, their advisor should use the same form to submit a certification of their financial status.

Step 3:

Once the delegate information is received, our team will assign spots based on preference and availability. Then, a spreadsheet with temporary assignments will be sent out, along with an initial invoice.

Step 4:

Once advisors receive their temporary assignments, advisors can confirm the assignments, request reassignments, or add/drop delegates. The Delegate Affairs team will make the requested changes and send an updated invoice.

Step 5:

Schools should pay within 2 weeks of receiving assignments. If a school fails to meet payment deadlines, the spots will be released and the original assignments may no longer be available.
